Where will my group sleep, eat, and meet?

Sugar Creek has three lodges, 17 cabins, and camping areas for tents and RVs — so you can match the lodging to the group and the season.

The Retreat Center
Our most-used space for conferences and mixed-age groups:

  • Conference and event room (Shalom) seating 90+
  • Dining area seating 90
  • Large commercial kitchen
  • Gathering and lounge area
  • Two wood-burning fireplaces
  • Covered patio
  • Four sleeping rooms — two with private restroom and shower sleeping 8 each, and two on the lower level with restroom and shower, sleeping 10 and 6

Koinonia Lodge
Sleeps up to 42 across seven bedrooms, each with its own private restroom and shower. The main floor has a dining area, large kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and two gathering spaces — good for a group that wants everything under one roof.

Cabins
Seventeen rustic cabins for groups that want the classic camp experience. Best suited to youth groups and warmer months.

Camping
Scenic tent sites and RV sites are available for groups that want to bring their own setup.

Meals
We serve home-style cooking for groups of 12 to 300, at a low per-person cost that includes beverages and a salad bar. Meal service must be booked at least two weeks in advance. Groups using a lodge kitchen can also self-cater.
