Who is Sugar Creek Bible Camp?
Sugar Creek Bible Camp is a year-round Christian camp and retreat center in the bluffs and valleys of southwestern Wisconsin. We've been welcoming campers since 1966, and in 2026 we're celebrating our 60th anniversary.
The short version: we give K–12 kids and families a place to unplug, try hard things, and experience God's grace outdoors.
What we offer
Where we are. Our 660 acres sit in the Driftless region near Ferryville — forest, trout streams, ponds, prairie, and ten miles of private trails. We have 3 lodges and 16 cabins on site.
Who owns us. Sugar Creek is owned and operated by 125 Midwest congregations and is an ELCA Lutheran camp. We're a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Who we serve. Over 1,500 children each summer, plus families, churches, schools, and businesses using our retreat center.
