How do I get my camper ready?
Register
Register online, call the office for help, or register by mail using the forms in the brochure.
Watch for your information packet
Every household receives an information packet two weeks before your session. It includes your packing list, arrival and departure details, and the policies for the specific program your camper is attending. Read it — program details differ, especially for canoe trips and horse camps.
What to pack
A full packing list comes with your packet. The essentials:
Leave the electronics at home
Campers leave cell phones and other electronics at home. This isn't a technicality — unplugging is a core part of what makes camp work. Kids connect with each other and with the outdoors in a way that doesn't happen with a phone in their pocket.
Dietary and medical needs
Our kitchen and health care staff accommodate a wide range of dietary restrictions and medical needs. Tell us on your registration forms so we can plan ahead, and call us if anything is complicated — we'd much rather hear from you in advance than sort it out at check-in.
Forms
Health and permission forms are part of registration. Complete everything before arrival so check-in goes quickly.
