What does my donation actually pay for?

Sugar Creek Bible Camp is sustained through the generosity of people who believe in the ministry of camp. Registration fees don't cover the full cost of a week — donations close the gap so that camp stays possible for every child, regardless of their family's finances.

What your gift does

• $250: Gives a child their first taste of camp — a short session such as Camp Dash
• $595: One full week of camp at the mid-tier rate, our most common registration level
• $795: One full week at the full-cost tier, which helps subsidize other campers
• $1,500: An entire summer of day camp for one child
• $3,200: One complete LEAD campership — four weeks of transformative leadership development

The Campership Fund

You can designate your gift specifically to the Campership Fund, which provides scholarships so families in need can give their children a meaningful camp experience. This is the fund that makes our tiered pricing work: when a family selects a lower tier, donor gifts cover the difference. The camper never knows, and neither do our staff.

Beyond camperships
Gifts also maintain 660 acres of trails, lodges, cabins, and the horse barn, and fund program development — so that Sugar Creek keeps sharing the love of Christ with children, youth, families, and adults for generations to come.
